After an amazing first season that did what most live-action adaptations failed to, One Piece will return for season 2 on Netflix. The second season will cover part of the Arabasta saga and will see the arrival of a bunch of fan-favorite characters, including Vivi, Robin, and Chopper. We will get all of that and more next year.
One Piece Season 2 Will Premiere In 2026
One Piece season 1 premiered on August 31, 2023, and it became one of Netflix’s most-watched TV shows of that year. Now, it has been confirmed that One Piece season 2 will arrive in 2026.
We Will Also Learn A Lot About One Piece Season 3 In 2026
One Piece season 3 is confirmed, even though the second season will only premiere next year. This is incredibly exciting, especially because it means that we will not have to wait as long for season 3. Netflix has also confirmed that production on One Piece season 3 will start later this year in Cape Town, South Africa.
With filming starting this year, we will learn a lot about One Piece season 3 in 2026. Whether there is a chance that season 3 also comes out in 2026 is difficult to say, but we will surely get at least a trailer for the third chapter next year.
One Piece season 2 will go until Chopper’s arc, meaning that season 3 will cover the Arabasta arc. That said, we saw Nico Robin in her white outfit in the season 2 trailer, suggesting that some elements of the Arabasta arc will already be included in the next season.
