‘I got kicked out of a hardware store for filming adult videos – and it’s so unfair’

Dasha Daley, from Perth, Western Australia, was left fuming after she was asked to leave a store for filming a TikTok video with her friend. But fans were left divided over who was in the wrong.

A model sparked a debate among her followers after claiming she was booted out of a hardware store for filming content for social media.

Dasha Daley, hailing from Perth, Western Australia, earns hundreds of dollars for each video she posts online. The 28-year-old adult content creator specialises in looner (balloon) fetish content and collaborations.

However, she advertises her frisky content on social media with snapshots and clips from her everyday life whether it’s a bikini photo while on holiday or a trip to the hardware store with mates. But recently, one of those trips took a sour turn and fans are split over who is in the right.

In the video, which garnered more than 2,000 likes, a female staff member approached her and informed her that filming TikTok videos in the store was not permitted. “You can’t film TikToks in store,” the woman, off camera, stated.

Dasha captioned the clip: “POV you’re being kicked out of Bunnings for filming TikToks.” She then added in the caption: “Bunnings Innaloo in Perth you suck… they were so rude about it.”

The model has since posted examples of the videos she filmed in the store with her mate. One includes her bending over in denim shorts as her friend joked that she “wants to screw”.

Another clip showed her strolling around the aisles “looking for a man” as part of a viral trend where women ditch dating apps for places where men frequently hang out.

Explaining further about her ejection from the shop, she said: “Everyone else films there and gets away with it.” She also branded the incident as “ridiculous” and vowed she was “never going back.”

But the internet was split over the store’s move, with commenters chiming in with their two cents. One supporter stated: “Wow. I would tell them to mind their own business.”

A second wrote: “They can’t kick you out for being on your phone.” A third chimed in: “But they allow employees to do them.”

On the flip side, some viewers sided with the staff’s actions. One person commented: “I see why you got kicked out.”

Another quipped: “I’m sure Bunnings is devastated that the person there to not spend money isn’t coming back,” while someone else added: “Haha. Good on Bunnings.”

Bunnings Hardware Stores has been contacted for comment.
